The location is perfect, just a 5-minute stroll to the water park and fun fair. There are local shops and a cash point right by the hotel. The Velvet Coaster at the end of the street serves food from 8am to 11pm, perfect for the whole family and great value for money. The Pear Suite is spacious and welcoming, with professional and polite hosts. Communication throughout our stay was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

I had the honor of staying in an apartment that smelled like a smoking lounge, had limited parking, and a delightful basement neighbor who entertained me at midnight. How could I forget the challenge of contacting Lara or her nonchalant response to my parking ticket? Absolutely unforgettable.

I had the pleasure of feeling like I was going to faint due to the unbearable heat and lack of ventilation. Thank you for the one fan in the back bedroom, it really helped cool things down. The staff were quick to address any issues, like the broken shower and non-existent cleaning service.

Oh, how I loved the stale smoke and the delightful banging on my window by the charming basement neighbour. Also, the joy of dealing with unbothered staff when I received a parking ticket.

Fit all 7 of my family in comfortably and was very clean and quiet. Extremely well facilitated and great place just to sit and relax on our holiday. The location was excellent, close to swimming, pleasure beach, trams, and the beach. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was lovely. Thank you!
